About

Moshe Shasho

Hi, I'm Moshe, and I'm glad you're here.

I started writing in my teenage years. My intention was always to inspire people to be better, but I was told more often than not that I came across too harshly. While I stopped writing, I never let the passion for it go.

A little over three years ago I had the opportunity to speak about practical life lessons from the perasha in front of a small group, a handful of times, and found that I really enjoyed it. The people received my words well. That was enough for me to start writing again, and I'm grateful to G-d that my writing found a home in the Beth Torah Shabbat Bulletin, where I currently still write.

My goal is to borrow themes from the perasha to inspire others. I try to take a simple idea, one that can be practical to live by, and show that even one step toward it can make a world of difference. Small steps are still steps, and every step forward is a win.

When I'm not writing, I'm running MS-Teach, an AI consulting and technology training company. I work with individuals and businesses to help them get better with AI and show how it can meaningfully improve their productivity. If that sounds interesting, take a look at the site and book an intro call. I'd love to connect and see where I can help.

Outside of work and writing, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, learning Gemara and Halacha, enjoying nature, reading thriller novels, building Lego, and keeping up with movies and TV worth my time. I've also been a Baal Koreh at a local knis for about 25 years. There's something special about writing about pesukim during the week and then standing up to read those same words on Shabbat.

I put real time and heart into each article. Some are personal, but all are equally important to me. I hope you enjoy them, and I'd genuinely love to hear from you, whether about an article that resonated or about the site itself. You can reach me at [email protected].
